Power Drill

Mechanical Engineering

A drill is a tool used to make round holes or to drive fasteners. It is fitted with a drill bit to make holes or a screwdriver bit to drive fasteners, and although drills were historically powered by hand and later by mains electricity, cordless battery-powered drills have become increasingly common because of their efficiency and ease of use. A power tool that does the same job is a power screwdriver; power drills may also be used with screw-driving attachments.
